If it isn’t what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, fill out the return request form at the bottom or email support@dupetheory.com with your order number and request.
Our policy:
- Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- We understand that a few sprays may be used to test the scent that’s perfectly fine.
- A full refund or store credit will be issued for the product price only.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Return labels are not provided.
- All returned fragrances are donated, never resold.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. If it isn’t the right fit, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
We understand that you’ll test a spray or two before deciding — that’s perfectly fine.
However, bottles that have been used beyond this or returned after 30 days will be sent back to you.
We do not accept returns on sample sizes.
Bundles & Promotional Items
- Products purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned as a full set to qualify for a refund.
- If you prefer to keep part of a set, we can offer an exchange instead.
- Free promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If a free item was included and your return changes the order total below the promotional threshold, the free item must also be returned unused.
If it isn’t returned, the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be processed once per order.
- To start an exchange or return, fill out the return request form at bottom or contact us at support@dupetheory.com with your order number and details.
Return Shipping
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
- Please use a tracked service when sending items back to ensure safe delivery.
- Send us the tracking info once it's been shipped back.
Customers are responsible for shipping the products back to Dupe Theory including any shipping costs.

MULTIPLE REFUNDS & MULTIPLE ITEMS REFUND POLICY
To prevent fraud & protect Dupe Theory from customers abusing the return policy, Dupe Theory limits all returns to up to 2 items per customer. Any refunds that are requested outside of two items will be given the option to exchange for another product.

This policy applies to any/all returns for the same order or with new orders. It is at Dupe Theory sole discretion to refuse additional refunds/returns after one has already been granted.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY (OUTSIDE OF THE CANADA & USA)
All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered.
Stolen/Lost/Damaged packages are deemed the customer's responsibility (unless shipping protection is purchased).
At Dupe Theory, not all our fragrances are exact replicas.
They are respectful iterations of luxury originals some close matches, others inspired interpretations designed to perform beautifully in their own right.
We keep everything fair, transparent, and human — because fragrance should feel good from start to finish.
